R1	50k ohm 3 to 15-turn precision potentiometer
R2	1k ohm resistor
C1	0.022uF monolithic of Hi-Q ceramic capacitor
C2	0.02uF ceramic capacitor
C3	0.005uF ceramic capacitor
C4	1uF ceramic capacitor

all resistors are 5 or 10 percent tolerance, 1/4-watt
all capacitors are 10 percent tolerance,
rated 35 volts or higher
